The property consists of only two flats, ‘Il Leccio’ and ‘Il Gelsomino’. thus offering a relaxing and intimate environment .

The property is completed by the manor house, the duck pond, a large garden and a splendid swimming pool overlooking the vineyards and olive groves of the Tuscan countryside.

The Space

The flat consists of a large kitchen/living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and in the living room, in addition to the spacious dining table, you will find a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed if necessary. Smart TV, free wi-fi, and a washing machine inside the flat are just some of the amenities the flat is equipped with.
Bathroom with shower and a large double bedroom in soft colours reminiscent of our Tuscany. The flat is completed by the outdoor area where you can dine, the swimming pool and the duck pond. Guests have access to Podere Cornacchino through an electric gate and can park free of charge inside the fully fenced property. The flat is accessed by entering the access code, while in the common areas such as the garden and the swimming pool you can move freely, always respecting the rules.
