In fact, Grandmother’s old house has been transformed to welcome anyone who wants to enjoy a moment in the green Tuscan countryside, complete with garden and private outdoor spaces.

Space

Inside, there are many references to the history of a traditional family and that touch of modernity that blends in perfectly to make you feel at home. Love can also be found in the photography studio next to the flat. Here, art and dreams merge as in this land, San Miniato, which is an art city.

Upon entering, you will be struck by games of colours, walls and furnishings that mix to give a feeling of welcome and harmony; this is the dining room. Adjacent to it, a small, cosy and complete kitchen. Going upstairs, you will find two bedrooms.

A room inspired by the industrial style, contemporary and vintage at the same time, recalling the New York of the 1950s when old disused warehouses were reclaimed and transformed into homes. The other more romantic room will welcome you with soft colours between yellow and blue. Both rooms have full bathrooms.
