BLU, welcoming and well organised, is characterized by the splendid view that can be enjoyed from the small terrace. Equipped with kitchen with induction hobs, fridge and coffee machine, smart TV, wi-fi. The apartment is equipped with an independent heating system.

The living room/bedroom with double sofa bed offers cotton linen and soft pillows. In the bathroom with shower, guests will find shampoo, shower gel, soap, hairdryer and set of towels.

Guests access the apartment from a private road with little traffic.
The address is via borgonuovo n’ 33, there is a first door, up a small flight of stairs (6 steps) you enter Borgonovo 33 BLU.
Other things to keep in mind

IMPORTANT:
to reach the car parks and the apartment you must go up from “VIA DELLA CATENA”. Since in the town center the ZTL is active from Monday to Friday from 8.00 pm and on Saturday and Sunday from 2.00 pm.

Regarding parking, you can choose between 2 options: 1) the bank parking near the apartments, is free from 6pm to 8am, after which the car must be moved. 2) the parking in “Via della Fornace Vecchia” is always free and is located a 5-minute walk uphill from the apartments so it is advisable to leave your luggage and then park.
